Return Policy — Digital Products

The products sold on The Hair Solution are digital products (PDF guides, downloadable templates and tutorials).

In accordance with Article 59, subparagraph (m) of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-material support, where performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer.

By completing the purchase and proceeding to download, the customer expressly agrees to waive their 14-day right of withdrawal.
